30 Days of Africa - #8

Dental team DINNER tonight...Two dentists from the UK who happen to be husband and wife are with our dental team for 2 weeks now, but unforntuately are leaving us this weekend. So they generously arranged to take the entire team of 23 people out for a Chinese dinner buffet in the town of Pointe Noire. Our group almost filled the entire restaurant and the few other guests who were there probably had to wonder what was going on because this large, noisy group of people from all over the world were talking loudly in English, eating an exclusive buffet, and even singing group songs with hand motions...we had so much fun :) Some of the Congolese day crew tried Chinese food for the first time and went back for seconds or thirds, and we all really enjoyed just being together outside the dental clinic without thinking about work. Anyway, a huge thank you to Nigel and Jane from the UK for an amazing evening, you will definitely be missed!
